New Smoker Arrived today!
My new FEC100 arrived this evening. I am looking forward to curing it and getting some meat on board. Yes I am a confirmed pellethead! It all started when the kids were young and I had less and less time to tend the fire!
Think I am going to do the Dr Pepper Marinade to a brisket, some ribs, chicken and a couple of butts just to test drive this machine. The neighbors all love it when I cook so they should be real happy here. Can't forget to do some pig candy and ABT's. I love to play around with different ideas in the Q! |
