Default 1st cook on the UDS w/pron

So I did my first smoke on the UDS today and am very happy with the results. I did ABT's stuffed with Cotija cheese, Anamosity's blueberry muffin fatty( SUPER TASTY ), I can understand how you won that contest and I did BBQGRAIL's butternut squash.
Sorry the pics aren't better, I took them with my phone.

I'm surprised they haven't switched back after getting wiff!!! Usually when my neighbors smell the butts going they come over with plates, wish I could scare em off !! LOL
