Need to vent about the jack

Well around the middle of last year my bil and I decided to start a BBQ team. I went to Lynchburg which is just down the road and saw the Jack. I was in awe. 3 days later I emailed the BBQ people there about being in the shade tree division she told me what info she needed I sent it to her and she Said I would get a form in the mail. Well today I emailed them again akin when I should be expecting the form. They said I would be hearing from someone in charge of organizing the comp. Within an hou Judy emailed me and told me this was the first she had seen of my info and that all the forms had been mailed out and 36 had been received what the he!! I sent them my info 3 days after last years comp. I had to wait several hours before responding bit to me this is total bs. Its not like I waited till the last minute. I have waited all year for that one app and then this.

To give Debbie a little bit of an excuse. She was on bed rest prior to the Jack, then having a baby.... I'd day you should have emailed them and not waited another 9 months to follow up. It's one of the hardest contests to get in to. Why would shade tree be any different?

They made a mistake. Waiting until the last minute to follow up, and find out that you've been shut out isn't on them though.
