Default Shoulders vs butts yield ?

For catering and vending purposes I was just wondering what is used the most Shoulders or Butts. I know you have more cost tied up in wood/pellets for shoulders since they take longer, but what is the meat yield difference?

60ish% from butts, MUCH less than that for whole shoulders.
With the whole shoulder you have more bone, skin, fat that lower your yield.

55 on average from butts, about 35 on shoulders.

I only do the Butts, and figure 50-60% yield.
