I FINALLY got around to smoking my first briskie. Thanks to all the info I get from this site and help from fellow brethren Big Matt it came out great. Smoked at 325ish for almost 8 hours. I pulled it at 185 internal when it felt like butter. Came out super moist and flavorful. Can't wait to smoke another!

Man that brisket looks mighty good. Did you foil at all?

Foiled after 3 hours when the bark was looking scrumptious. Thanks to Landarc and his wine geek talk I have drank waaayyy too much wine tonite.
