Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
Tried a new recipe tonight for the pulled throwdown and it turned out really good. Did some Breast on the UDS and pulled them apart combined it with butter and hot sauce. Cooked some macaroni and a beschemel sauces with pepper jack,habanero and cheddar cheese combined them all and back on the smoker til all was melted and hot.
