Finally...A Catering Kitchen...
Today my long search for a catering kitchen ended...our meat sponsor for Left Hand Smoke..."The Butcher Shop Cafe" agreed to let me use his kitchen in exchange for a profit sharing partnership...I am SOOOOO stoked!
