hello, iam new to the competition bbq contests the name of my team is piggin aint easy and we are kcbs members . ive cooked bbq for a long time but never in competitions . now i have 2 comps under my belt .. the first one we didnt even place in anything. and iam proud to say in the 2cd one we placed first in ribs, first in anything butt, 2cd in whole hog and grand champion!

If it was me, I'd quit while I was ahead! That will be hard to top, but you'll enjoy meeting everyone almost as much as winning --
