Default 4th of July cooke w/pics

4th of July cook on my new Stumps for the in-laws. A good time was had by all! Sorry no after shots. I'll remember them next time. Everything turned out great.

Yep, it rained pretty good. Had the luxury of cooking on an insulated cooker in the rain for the first time. No problem at all maintaining my temperatures. I'm really enjoying my new Stumps.

It's a Stumps Classic, with 8 rack runners spaced 3 inches apart. If I'm doing my bigger cuts of meat, I have to remove every other rack. Loaded up I can do about 24 butts on it at once. If I'm using all 8 racks and doing ribs, I can fit about 32 slabs of ribs at once. I get really long burn times on it. Like it alot!
