$5 is too cheap. I would go 7 just for the sandwich. This is a fundraiser people expect to pay more. If they want to make it a meal $10. That is still cheaper than any restaurant. Dont sell yourself short.

1. Chips and pickle spear (ask about the pickle)
2. If you have volunteers, use them. I've done events for 400 with a one helper in the kitchen and about 8 or so running 4 serving lines.
3. 11AM until you run out of food or patience!!
4. Have some quart containers or zip locks and be ready to sell some pork by the pound. At one event I made the church an extra $360 just selling quarts of pork for $5 each. Obviously below market price.
