I was clicking around craigslist today looking for whatever and came across this. I wonder what horse, dog and cat tacos taste like.

Hello all!!! I offer a great package for any occasion. Having tacos is a great way to feed your guests. For $5.75 a person(50 person minimum) you receive 3 meats of your choice(all you can eat for 2 hours), and the rice and beans.

onions
limes
cilantro
grilled jalapenos
grilled yellow chiles
guacamole
pico de gallo
red salsa
green salsa
cotija cheese
chips

I do a similar menu, and charge $10.95 a person - I make some, but not a killing. These "taco" guys out here go down to $4.50 a head for 150 people, and at $5.75 for 50, I could never make the math work for a $300 tab (3-4 hours of my time, product, gas, etc).
