I've never done a BBQ of this magnitude before. I usually just cook for the family, so I'd really appreciate your input on estimating how much brisket and chicken drums to cook. It's a 4th of July/Double B-Day/Deployment party for some family and friends. Unfortunately for them, I have family members who don't eat pork so I thought I'd keep it at brisket and chicken drum lollies.

If it is a mixed crowd and there will be side items, 2 briskets and 15 lbs of drumsticks should be enough. I would probably cook a 3rd brisket, just to be sure.

I did two 15 lb. butts, two brisket packets and 5 chickens. Could have left out the birds but the rest seemed OK. 27 out of 40 showed up. Had guests bringing side dishes.
