Default Turkey Brine

Someone had posted a brine recipe around Thanksgiving that I am looking for.
It had molasses, beer, rosemary, thyme and a bunch of other stuff. I printed it, but somehow it got lost. I would love to have it again.

I've seen this one, but it's not the one I'm looking for. This has some very interesting recipes though. Thanks,

Did a search of this site on "brine, molasses, beer, rosemary" and only this thread comes up. You might try to search on various versions of that if someone doesn't drop in with a link.

Or make your own. Take any brine recipe, maybe cut the water in 1/2 and substitute beer (or maybe on 1/4) I think the beer and molasses would overpower any herbs.

Turkey is cheap enough to practice on.

I used Saiko's brine last year for Thanksgiving and it was GREAT. It's not the one you're looking for but I highly recommend it.

This looks awesome, but I would still like to have the other. Thanks for the link!
