Default beef ribs on Weber Kettle (pics)

The butcher had some nice beef ribs on sale the other day. So sunday turned into to smoking sunday.

Used a heavy salt and pepper rub that I like on beef (not in the shot is the coarse ground pepper)

rubbed and ready to go
004.jpg
smoker set into action. 250 for 4 hours with hickory chunks for smoke
005.jpg
after four hours
006.jpg
they got foiled with 1 cup of beef broth and back into the oven at 225 for another 2 hours
007.jpg
In the meantime I did some moink balls

Used a homemade beef sauce to finish, sorry no pics sauced, my wife was screaming to eat

Man I love smoked beef ribs !! Your butcher even left some good meat between the bones unlike at Walmart where they gouge out almost all the meat between the bones. Nice job... they look awesome !
