BBQ competitions in England
Hi greetings from England..

Check out the KCBS sanctioning packet. While a lot of the info is KCBS specific, it has great info on putting together a contest, how to promote a contest and how to run a contest.

Welcome Franco.
We use to have a guy (Norm) in Greece. Really gave a Mediteranean (sp) flare to the place with his recipes. Hope you can tell us alot of what you do over there in the old country.
