It's been a while since I posted anything, so here are a few shots from Saturday's sampler of whole chicken, county style pork, a small brisket flat, and some beans.

Those chickens look great! What temp and how long did you have them in the smoke?

Temp was 300, the time was around 3 and 1/2 hours. I used more temp than time.
