Default Wings and ABT's...It's What's For Lunch
Wings and ABT's for lunch. Simple, good food!

Rubbed the wings for me and the kids and breast chuncks for wife with Weber's Sweet BBQ Rub, on sale recently for $1. Definitely worth it. Smoke/grilled with a few cherry chips.



Chicken is done but wife isn't home....



While waiting for wife, put the ABT's on. Cream cheese, ham, bbq sauce mix with montery jack/cheddar on top. Wrapped half in regular bacon and half in turkey bacon.



Still waiting on wife. Put some Super Smoker's Championship red and Carolina Mustard on wings, put them in a foil pan and back on the kettle to set sauce.



Wife is home! Wings off and plated. Not time to make it looks nice...kids are hungry!



Poppers are done. I wonder what I'll do with the leftovers? Hmmm...
