my first wings on the adjustable rig on the egg
cooked them indirect at 250 for 3 hours and finished direct at 325 for about 45 minutes.
     up there with the best wings i've ever made. and this.....

Some nice looking kids ya got there and the wings look great. I like that BGE grate adjuster were can I get one?
