Gotta add, I cooked up some Pork Chops tonight seasoned with the new Hickory Seasoned Salt. Man is that some good stuff, the wife even made a comment about the seasoning. You nailed it with this one Dave!!

That product has several uses. I have used it on some salmon we cooked on the George Forman it was the bomb. I have been using it as a substitute for anything I salt.
