Default Salmon with mustard and sugar

A regular recipe, but very tasty. Fresh salmon on a cedar shelf topped with mustard and sugar. It was good!

I don't know what he used, but I make this often with brown sugar and it is excellent. I also vary the kind of mustard for a bit different taste every once i a while.
