Do you do anything to try and sell sides for pick up on the 3rd? My BBQ baked beans are killer. I think I will sample them all next week to get some sales on the 3rd.

thx again.

I love BBQ places closing on the 4th, because it allows me to sell several bbq butts. I sold 9 last year and have already gotten 15 presold, without any "advertising". This is all backyard, under the radar so to speak, however I make some money and love doing it.

I do sell premade items. Actually I close for the holiday because I do off site catering. I have 3 parties booked on July 3 and about $2000 party pans worth

How much do you charge for the pork butts? I'd like to do something similar.
