Brisket Cook WITH Pron, so it happened.
Okay so I did this brisket last week, and I figured since I took all the stinkin pictures on my stinkin video camera, I'd post em up.
Again I apologize for the quality, all I've got for a camera until my darling wife finds the actual one is my video cam. All in all I thought it was a great brisket. Trying to get the flat to not be as dry, this was the moistest I've produced from both ends. Probe slid in like butter, family loved it. Cut up some of the brisket and threw it into some black bean chili, it was delicious! Made up a finishing sauce out of the drippings, my oldest loved it. Had a lot of heat, so that figures with him. Those two are my second and third youngest out of six boys, they're my BBQ helpers. This picture came from them not coming out with me on one of our trips, and instead they got into some markers. Since it was part of the brisket making process it's in there! Hope you enjoy the pron.
