Submittal for application of moinkball certification... on a virgin grill.

Grill: Bubba Keg grill with the following mods just before cast iron seasoning.

upper exhaust mod - teardrop notches


Lower intake mod - Aluminum tape (folded 7 times behind screen)


The ingredients:


The temp... locked in...


The set-up... with platesetter:


Finished with a honey glaze...

whats a moink ball? am not familiar with those,, now landarc he is on to something because I have had a MOINK ball, just not this thing you call moink balls.. any suggestions??
