Default Building a smoker and have a question

When they say that the springs for a trailer are rated at 3200lbs, is that 1600 lbs for each spring or 3200 lbs each? My trailer tilts to the side when I put the tank on the trailer and I am having trouble geting everything straight. How do you guys set your tank off to one side of the trailer and have it sit level?

if your trailer is rated for 3200 pounds that would mean the entire axle so yes 1600 per side. if you want it on the one side the only way to level it out would be to put some wieght on the other side maybe storage bins or something like that.
