Default LOin Back Ribs (Pron)

I cooked for 300 on Saturday and still had a hankering to cook a LOin Back for me yesterday. Spicy Apple was the guest of honor

Thanks for looking at my LOin Back ribs

Hey Steph, nicely done, but I haven't grasped the reasoning for foiling before you cook 'em...

Well this really nips it in the bud - you can cook well on anything anywhere. They look great. I too lately have been enjoying the small weber I have and leave that huge monstrosity in the the garage and the Brazos at the church.
