Default a georgia newbie who da thunk it!!!

hello all charliec checking in!!
i've farted around with weber kettles, a few bullet smokers
and some sad electric crap
last year made the leap to propane!!
well they got the pain part right.
im finally going to try my hand with real wood. i've ordered a
american gourmet deluxe to try before i invest
in a more expensive job
i love this board and the great info you guys provide

charlie, welcome. The techniques used for cooking here are vastly more important than the hardware used. They can be applied to about any cooker. Hang around here long and you can turn out consistently good Q on about anything.
