I was driving along and saw this out with the garbage. I stopped and the guy wanted $10 for it. So, now it's mine. Needs some cleaning, but yay!!!

He prolly bought a pure gasser cause this wasn't "fast" enough for him, since he didn't think much of it...

Once it's at the curb with trash it's "public property."
He's not legally allowed to charge anything for the cost of his garbage.

Of course if you went to his door and asked him, then kudos to you for being that nice of a guy.
