Thanks - it was a hot one - 100+ degrees and felt every bit of it. The finish made it worth staying in the heat. Tony76248 got 5th in brisket and it was one of the finest briskets I have tasted.
At least it is only supposed to be in the mid 90s for Cops for Kids next weekend.

Just looked up th results. Congrats Tony for the 5th place brisket.
