Default Pulled Pork Taco

Injected a pork but with beer, lime juice, and fajita seasoning, then smoked it on the UDS till it hit 205.

It was awesome!

Great looking taco. Perhaps that's a fishbowl of Dos Equis in the background?

I love putting my pulled pork in a tortilla instead of a bun.
I don't add the mexi-flare to it - just pork and bbq sauce - but it's dang good!!
