Anything but entry
What do you guys turn in for an anything but contest entry? I always struggle with what to turn in. Any winning ideas?

I haven't won anything but dessert normally scores the best and Chocolate normally scores the best of the desserts if that helps any.

I don't normally participate in the anything but category, but I think my
Rattlesnake Tails might fare well. In short, these are Anaheim peppers stuffed with a combination of ground turkey and spicy pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, smoked, then glazed with a mixture of barbecue sauce, honey and butter. They are sticky sweet, with just a touch of spicy goodness.  Just a thought, John |
