Smile Anything but entry

What do you guys turn in for an anything but contest entry? I always struggle with what to turn in. Any winning ideas?

I haven't won anything but dessert normally scores the best and Chocolate normally scores the best of the desserts if that helps any.

I don't normally participate in the anything but category, but I think my
Rattlesnake Tails might fare well.

In short, these are Anaheim peppers stuffed with a combination of ground
turkey and spicy pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, smoked, then glazed
with a mixture of barbecue sauce, honey and butter. They are sticky
sweet, with just a touch of spicy goodness.

Just a thought,
John

Ha! It's cleverly hidden on the "Recipes" page on my blog.

It's obviously working.

I've seen some really good venison recipes win. I wonder how MOINKballs would do?

Started competing in chili cookoffs back in the 1990's and have competed in more than I care to count. I became a CBJ in MiM in 2005, then MBN and in GBA in 2010. I've probably judged 130+- BBQ comps (sanctioned and unsanctioned) over this time. That said, I really enjoy competing more than I enjoy judging, and hope to get back to doing 4 or 5 a year in the near future.

...so, D-dog, which contest will you be entering? Are you coming to Williams or Prescott, or both?
