The Dent House Wedding

This wedding was situated in Ojai, CA. It was a beautiful wedding with a foodie type bride and groom. This was a referral off the CBBQA website.
OUt of all the weddings I have done this one ranked in the top 3 in terms of degree of labor intensity, but we made it happen.

The Menu for Sunday:

Appetizers:

Pulled Pork Sliders
Freshly made salsa and guacomole with chips.

Main Menu:

Prime Rib
Bone in chix thighs
Boneless chix breast
Grilled asparagus with olive oil, lemon and S&P
Garlic Smashed Taters
Grilled Corn
Field Greens with Candied walnuts, cranberries and feta

Dessert:

Strawberry Rubarb, and Berrie Cobbler
Cowboy Bars
Pecan Tartletts
Brownies/Bondies
Bride and Groom had a bundt cake.
