Default First call of 2010

I cooked the Harvard Milk Days contest in Il today. It was a good time, lots of great teams to talk to.

After the turn in's I was only happy with one meat and that was ribs. But top 3 were called and we were not one of them.

On to pork and I thought it was just okay. But they got to 1st place and they call out NOT QUITE YET BBQ

I was very happy because we could not start until 7am. I did not get my butt on till 7:30 and pork turn in was 4:30. Very quick time for me to do a butt, but I pulled it off.

Thanks guys, I have been having a frustrating start to the season. My entrys that I have like have not had great scores. Chicken has been up and down. Great flavor but crapy skin
