Default Turkey Legs

Got 4 that I am putting on tomorrow to go with the ribs and pork butt, at 250 about how long do they take to cook?

I'd say about 2 1/2 - 3 hours depending upon how big they are. Brine them first for best taste and so they stay nice and moist. You might want to consider cooking them at a little hotter temp so the skin isn't rubbery.
Micro stickburner Yoder YS1500, Stumps Stretch, Primo Oval XL, gasser and Ridiculously Fast Red Thermapen. Past cookers: FEC100, FEC120, Klose stick burner, 22.5 WSM, Traeger BBQ125, Traeger Lil Tex, Rec-Tec pellet smoker, Cookshack Smokette electric smoker.
