Default Pork Butts On (Pron)

I priced Pork Butts all over this small town I live in and they went from a high of $2.29 a pound to $1.49 a pound so the wife went and picked up a couple and I have them on the WSM:

This is what they look like 4-1/2 hours into the cook:





Hope everyone is cooking and having a grand ole time this Memorial Day weekend.

I am cheap and on a limited budget so I went for the $1.49 ones.

nice looking pork butts, I like them brown and not black barked. are you spizting them? and cheap butts are good butts.lol. they seem to all pull the same.lol.

I waited until about 2-1/2 hours into the cook to allow the rub to set and then started spritzing them about every half hour.
