Default Our First GC

We got our first GC this weekend at the Johnny Black Smokeoff at Mann Orchards. We were really pleased to take first in ribs, first in pork, third in chicken, brisket was middle of the pack and Overall winner. This was only our third comp so we were happy as pigs in sauce

It was a great contest all around, hospitality couldn't have been better, and competitors were great.

btw we didn't meet, where was your site?
where's your next stop? i'm looking at boston hills or troy, brethren bash, hudson valley, then norwalk, ct. finishing it off with the jack............
