Default Phubar's Missionary Chicks Pron

Some pics of yesterday.

I melted some butter and mixed it with fresh garlic, fresh chives, salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder and worcestershire.
I've put this mixture under the skin of the chicks.

OK, I'll bite.
What's in the noodles that makes them look so savory?

Hgehgehge!!!
This is bami (bakmi)...but I'll make a "tjauw min" for you!
The noodles of the chow mein are thinner than the bami noodles (so far as I know)...that makes a difference allready.

Surinam food is formaly consisted from "soul food" and Asian food...think of the sateh, bami and roti posts from me.
Those are standard dishes in the Surinam kitchen.

Here's an example of chow mein Surinam style...pic from internet:

I'm not a real fan of barnyard buzzard but I could tear some of that up. Good job.
