I will put them on at midnight but the 13lb packer is being cooked on a friends BGE. He lives 5 minutes away. I will be up at 0500 and at the gym from 0600-0730. Back at the house by 0730, after I pick up the packer from my friend's house. Thinking about having him wrap the packer when he leaves his house at 0630, I can then get it and put it on my smoker with the two butts.
1. Inject all three 2. Rub all three and on by midnight 3. Would like to wrap all three since that is our normal MO. Suggestions for HNF, temp, wrapping or anything else that comes to mind. Thanks in advance
