Default Hot and Fast Fatty??

Trying my first fatty right now . . .
JD sausage with mozerrella, pepperoni and chopped garlic.
I didn't research the Brethern before I started and didn't realize how long they take. Can I cook it at 350 and have it done in an hour?
It's only 1lb and much longer and skinnier than how they come in the package (more of a torpedo fatty )

I can't say for sure, but, I would think so, they do not take a long time to get done at that temperature. Just temp it.

I always figured about 2 hrs at 250 degrees.
