Default 3rd place brisket

Took 3rd place brisket out of 38 teams at the World Champion Rocky Mountain Oyster Cookoff in Thockmorton Texas. I was pretty stoked. As it was the only catagory I cooked for the team.

Best thing about throckmorton is this cookoff. Oh and the cheap themed hotel. Best room In the house is the playboy room. Has pinup out of playboys goin back to the early 90s used as wall and ceiling paper. Oh and the alsups lol.
