Default Dutch Grand Poobah's Pron Workshop Pt.2....Pron

Today we had a workshop from our Dutch Poobah Jeroen,we made pate's and sausages.
He'll probably chime in what we exacty made...I was in charge of the boerewors.
The sausage with duck in it was the best IMHO.
It was a good day Brethren...

That dude is me and I normally don't touch the oval stuff.

We made three sausages: A classic brat, a boerewors and the duck and sage from Charcuterie.
