Im ready to Q first comp this w/e
Meats trimmed, trailers packed,coolers loaded. excited to use my twin UDS's this W/E on my first time Comp. Did a run threw to weeks ago in the pouring rain figured if I could pull it off in the worst case senario then good weather should be a little easier, Did a cook for my nieces birthday last W/E Chicken and Ribs pretty much got the timing down on those. Any one else going to the Applewood Smokeoff at Manns Orchard in Methuen MA.?

i'm there fella. xterra stuffed, wsm 22 and "stokers steroid smokey joe" achin to go...pics of my practice last week-end on another thread. upgrades have been made...my 1st comp as well. what will i do with the traeger???? can't wait to see the uds's. need anything come on over.
