I need to purchase an accurate meat thermometer. Any recommendations?

Thermapen a little pricey but they are the best money can buy. almost an instant read on the temps . I have one and love it.

I have had just about all of the other brands, but love my Thermapen....

Can you say RED....

Red is the best....
