I like the 4' ones a little better, though. Yeah you lose a little length, but they're adjustable up to counter height. Easier on the back.

Adding a length of PVC pipe to the bottom of the leg to add height to the table. It can be as simple as 4 pieces cut to the same length, or you can connect the pieces together to form a little frame. 16" extensions will give you a counter height on most tables.
