Default Good Morning From St Louis

I'm a member of other forums and I recently came across the BBQ-Bretheren. WOW! Loads of information for a relatively inexperienced comp cooker like myself who only does 2 comps a year. I'm a certified judge with the local bbq association and hoping to become KCBS certified this summmer.

At home and at the little comps, I use the kettle and the Char-Griller.

At the big comps, I defer to the resources of my team members which include a Backwoods, BGE's and a monster custom roto.
