Default Smoked Pork Steaks w/ Grilled Asparagus

Cooked a simple but delicious dinner last night on the Weber Performer before the rains came.

Neil, that looks great, pork steak is one of my fav's, and with asparagus its fantastic.....MMMMMMM........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Duh! I love pork steaks! I don't think I ever would have tried smoking one instead of frying until I saw this. Thanks Neil!

Pork steaks are just Butts sliced thin, smoke away, they are deliciious.
