Wow, that is a nice price and a lot of meat. Do you use a sausage stuffer to pack those bags?

Large tube, pull bag over and let it push bag off as it fills. Normally wife helps and twist bag tight and passes through taper, but when you have a 17 year old assistant with better things to do you get what you get. It was either continue to yell and end up with tears and doing it myself or what we ended up with. All is good. Parting statement....
