Default Basswood Resort BBQ Cook-Off (Platte City, MO) May 7-8, 2010
Not much mention of this contest, although I understand they are within about four sites of being full for this year. We decided on Monday afternoon to go cook this one since we got a little extra funding for comps last weekend! I know Todd will be there. Anyone else here going? If so, see ya Friday!

Wow! We got our first Grand (cooking as Big Creek) this weekend! 1st in chicken, 3rd in brisket and 4th in pork. Ribs... not worthy of even mentioning yet again. Congrats to everyone who got their name called!
