Yes, the Doghouse Willie team members are getting pretty jazzed too. This will be our first comp of the year. Checked the website yesterday--59 KCBS teams, twenty- or thirty-something NEBS teams (forgot the number), and a freakin' amazing 79 teams for the rib cookoff!

Don't forget that NY rules say that you must use wood within 30 miles of the competition or you must use heat treated. Humphrey's chips and chunks is at your rescue. All of our chunks, chips, logs, and planks are heat treated to meet all specifications. We are also offering our all natural charcoal and lump at discounted rates for this competition.
