anyone have plans to build a roasting box? Aka cajun microwave or one similar to a Caja China? I can find very little useful info on the internet. Thanks.

Thought about it, the cost of material plus all of the time in labor made n o sense. The cajachina price is worth it just buying it from them

I am in the process of trying to get one built. I am almost done, I just hope it works. I didn't go by any plans just winging it. Here it is so far, I just finished the top made out of 1/8 in plate steel, no pics of it yet. I still need to make a grate yet, then time for a test run! I used 3/4 inch ply wood and 2x4's for the 4 foot by 2 foot box and lined it with aluminum flashing. Probably paint it too.
