Default cajun italian fusion

sorry it's not smoked or grilled(rainout). i've done this dish a million times but this was the best 1 yet.
wasn't sure whether i wanted a lemon cream or alfredo so it's a lemon alfredo
cajun blackened chix w/ roasted red peppers & mushrooms over mostiaccioli
some goodies i picked up cheap @ the truckload pantry-99 cents apiece.

homemade chunky salsa w/ lots of garlic, cilantro,& a dash of apple cider vin for a sweet eatin' salsa.

ok then..
gettin' my bird on in the c.i.skillet

slightly blackened & flipped

added in the roasted red peppers & shrooms & into the broiler for 15

cheeses for the alfredo-

sweated some proscuitto & american bacon for the sauce

all plated up
